Delete your Offleash account

Offleash lets you delete your account and your data directly in the app.

1. Open the Offleash app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap the "..." menu in the top corner.
4. Tap "Delete account".
5. Type the confirmation phrase shown on screen and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately. If you have signed in a while ago, the app may ask you to sign in again before confirming.

• Your Offleash login (email, Google or Apple sign-in)
• Your name, gender, bio, interests, languages and location
• Your dog's profile
• All your profile and gallery photos
• Your notification tokens

• Messages you already sent, in the other person's chat
• Connection and help-request records, in anonymised form
• Block lists and any abuse reports involving your account, which we keep to keep the community safe

We keep this data only as long as needed for safety, legal and security reasons, and then delete it.

If you can no longer sign in, email us at hello@offleash-social.com from the address linked to your account and we will delete your account for you.
