By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Offleash Social provides a platform that allows users to connect, communicate and arrange dog-related interactions. We do not employ, endorse, verify, screen or guarantee any user, dog owner, dog sitter or service provider and we do not conduct identity or background checks.

You are solely responsible for your account, your conduct, your communications and all interactions and arrangements made through the Service. You are solely responsible for determining whether another user is trustworthy and suitable to care for a pet or participate in any activity.

Meeting other users and entrusting pets to another person involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, death, theft, property damage and other losses. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the Service and interacting with other users. Offleash Social is not a party to any agreement between users and has no responsibility for monitoring or supervising user interactions.

You retain ownership of your content. By uploading content to the Service, you grant Offleash Social a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offleash Social and its affiliates disclaim all liability arising from the use of the Service or interactions between users. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed CHF 100.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Offleash Social and its owners, employees and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content or your interactions with other users.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate accounts at any time, with or without notice, if we believe a user has violated these Terms, endangered people or animals or exposed the Service to legal or operational risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
